Can I customize my box?
In most cases, yes! It depends on availability, but we try to accommodate special requests whenever possible. We also offer a complete custom box for your theme. For more information, look under The Key to Custom section of our website or contact us at email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
We always strive to deliver beautiful & high-quality items. If you are not happy with your order, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order. Once the package is returned, we can offer you a full refund minus shipping cost.
What if one of my items arrives damages?
If you receive your order & there are any damaged items, we ask that you contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include detailed photos of the shipping box & item(s) & we will provide a replacement as soon as possible.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes! We would be happy to help you surprise your loved one! Please let us know in the order notes or email us your order number so that we can include a personal note. We will not include any payment information.
How do I clean & care for my products?
Every order includes personalized care instructions for every product we send out!
Where do you ship?
We ship to all US states & Canada. Unfortunately, international orders cannot be processed through our website at this time. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with a custom quote.
How long will it take to receive my box?
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary, but typically will arrive within 4-7 business days. Carriers are unable to guarantee delivery unforeseen circumstances that may occur. We thank you for your understanding & patience!
